Is your park pet friendly?

Yes we are. We have pet friendly sites and some pet friendly cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Where is your holiday park located?

We are located on the mid north coast Old Bar Rd, Old Bar NSW 2430. we are about 3.5 hours north of Sydney.

What are your park opening hours?

Monday – Sunday: 8:30am – 5:30pm.

What time is check-in?

You can check-in for camping and caravan sites from 12:00pm. Check-in for cabins is from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Do you allow late arrivals?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact during office hours to arrange entry.

How big is the park?

Our holiday and caravan park has beach frontage and is spread across 5 acres, with direct access to Old Bar Beach.

How close is the park to the town centre?

Old Bar Beach is a short 2 minute drive to the town center where you will find shopping centers, restaurants and cafes.

What facilities does the town offer?

There is a post office, general store, service stations, ATM and restaurants/cafes. You will also find a chemist and medical centre as well as a supermarket.

What is access to the property like?

We are the only holiday park in town making it easy to find on Old Bar Road.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide range of cabin accommodation at Ingenia Holiday Parks Old Bar Beach to suit all needs and budgets.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won’t need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites to suit a wide range of caravans and tents.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 25ft caravans, as well as camper trailers and motorhomes. Please call the park to check your rigs suitability.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do. Feel free to have a chat with our friendly team about your requirements.

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

We sure do, but be sure to book in advance.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping sites?

We have a variety of ensuite sites available for caravans. These are very popular, so be sure to book in advance!

Are dump points provided at your caravan park?

We provide a dump point for use by in-house guests.

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have one amenities block with toilets and showers. We also have a disability access bathroom.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes we offer both Washing machines and dryers!

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

Both washing machines and dryers take $1.00 coins only, it costs $4.00 for a wash and $4.00 for a dry.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

Yes, we have three BBQS for guests to use.

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

No, there is no charge to use the BBQS.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

Yes we have a camp kitchen! the camp kitchen is well equipped with BBQs, microwave, domestic hotplate and oven.

Do you allow fires?

No, unfortunately the park does not permit fires.

Do you have a shop on site?

No, unfortunately the park does not have a shop on site. Ingenia Holidays Old Bar Beach is just a 2 minute drive to the town center where you will find an array of supermarkets.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on site, we are however only a short 2 minute drive to town where you will find an array of restaurants and cafes.

What facilities do you have for children?

We have a large swimming pool and playground facilities.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooters, ripsticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a riders licence form to be able to ride around the park.

Do you have a pool?

We have an awesome resort style pool

Do you have a jumping cushion?

no, we don’t have a jumping cushion.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particulary during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

Our after hour’s assistance phone number is displayed on the reception door. It’s also on your check-in sheet. If there is an emergency please call 000.

What if I have a complaint?

Please tell us. A positive guest experience is what we are about and if we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know.

Do you have annual vans?

We have a small handful of annual vans on site.
