Both the Super Staff and Staff Holiday Rates are only valid when the Employee themselves is staying. Employees are permitted to book up to one additional cabin or site on the same Staff Rate that they are staying on. Any over the total of 2, are entitled to book on the Family & Friends Rate. The Super Staff Rate is inclusive of up to 6 people; extra guests (above 6) will be at a 50% discount. Staff Holiday and Family & Friends discounts also apply to extra guest charges (above 2 at most parks). % discounts are based off the Best Flexible Rates and access to all accommodation and facilities are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The Employee must confirm at time of booking that they qualify for the staff discount per the policy and are staying in the accommodation being booked. For Family & Friends, they must confirm at time of booking the name of the employee they are eligible for the discount through. Blackout dates apply over peak periods, including but not limited to Christmas/New Year Period, Easter Period and School Holidays. These dates vary between parks. Minimum night stay restrictions will be in place at times. A maximum of four (4) weeks’ accommodation per Employee per year is available under this policy. Employees are not permitted to process payment or authorise their own booking. This applies to all employees including management, no exceptions are permitted. Employees that finish working for Ingenia with future bookings in place, will no longer be eligible for staff rates, but will instead be offered the Family & Friends discount or can cancel at no charge.
