Camping

Amenity blocks and three camp kitchens are located close by, providing guests with easy access to facilities (no need to wander miles through the dark to try and find a toilet in the middle of the night!). Rivershore also has pet-friendly camping sites so your four-legged friends can enjoy a relaxing stay on the Sunshine Coast too (please check with our friendly staff about restrictions that apply to pets).
Glamping
At Ingenia Holidays, we know sleeping in a tent isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. If you don’t enjoy some of the more rustic aspects of camping in QLD, Rivershore’s glamping accommodation provides a more luxurious experience.
Each tent comes decked out with a range of flashy fixtures including:

Park Features
No matter how eager you are to explore the Sunshine Coast, sightseeing every day can be exhausting. If you need a break from playing tourist, make the most of Rivershore’s park facilities. You can laze around the resort-style pool on a comfy cabana day bed, have a go on the waterslide, play a round of mini golf, or dine out on pizza and craft beer at the park’s restaurant, Driftwood.
Located on-site, Driftwood serves up everything from tasty snacks and coffee to delicious dinners and wine. The restaurant is open for coffee and lunch seven days a week, with dinner available from Wednesday to Sunday.
There’s also a kids’ pool, a playground, and a bouncing cushion, so you won’t have to stress about your youngsters getting bored.
Location
Ingenia Holidays Rivershore is an ideal base to explore the Sunshine Coast’s beaches and hinterland. Situated in the quiet district of Diddillibah (a suburb of Maroochydore), the park’s out-of-the-way location offers peace and quiet among a picturesque coastal backdrop. Even though the bustling heart of Maroochydore is just a short drive down the road, the scenery surrounding Rivershore is blissfully isolated.
If you’re keen to avoid straying too far from your accommodation, the park’s close proximity to the Maroochy River makes it a great spot for water sport and fishing enthusiasts. There’s a boat ramp and pontoon located on the edge of the park, providing easy access for watercraft. You can cruise down the river on a stand-up paddle board, sit back and relax with a fishing rod, or go exploring in a rented kayak.
For those willing to venture slightly further afield, some of the best beaches in town can be found close by the park, including Maroochydore Beach, Alexandra Headland and Cotton Tree Beach. Hiking enthusiasts can go climbing in the Glasshouse Mountains, while less outdoorsy types can shop up a storm at Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast.
