Guests must read and abide by the terms of this Pet Policy.
All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
Blackout dates apply during busy periods.
There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless prior arrangement has been made for additional pets.
Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred.
All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if cabin has been soiled
Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan.
Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
Size restrictions may apply in some parks, check with park for details.
We encourage guests to bring their dog’s bedding.
